Job Description

Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team at ITmPowered, LLC. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the development, integration, and maintenance of the Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and business lead stakeholders to understand user stories and document technical use case requirements
  • Develop customizations in Salesforce, including Apex, triggers, Lightning components, VisualForce pages, object structures, flows, workflow rules, validation rules, and applications
  • Work with architects and other developers to translate business requirements into solution designs that best achieve target capabilities and leverage the platform effectively
  • Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; equivalent experience may be substituted for a degree
  • Current Salesforce Administrator & Platform Developer I+ Certification are required
  • 4 years of experience with software development
  • 3+ yrs Salesforce development; Apex, Visualforce, On platform declarative customizations, Data Loader, Workbench, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Architecture mindset ability - wholistic view of business unit goals, understanding of Salesforce platform capable of contributing to technical roadmap, solution design, what can/can't be done, out of the box configuration whenever possible, solved through custom object or build data object, require Apex coding

Logistics:

  • Local resources only. No relocation provided. Must reside in/around - Denver, Atlanta, Pleasanton
  • WFH - Will be remote primarily but must be able to come into office 1-2 days/wk after COVID Abates
  • COVID-19 VACCINE REQUIRED - Must be fully vaccinated OR provide valid medical or religious exemption
  • You will need to be a US Citizen, as well as successfully pass a 12 panel drug screen and 10 year background check and employment verification, in order to meet eligibility requirements for this role
