Job Title: Right of Way Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Right of Way Agent to join our team at O.R. Colan Associates. As a Right of Way Agent, you will be responsible for acquiring easements for a large renewable energy project, working closely with the Project Manager and project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare real estate documents and perform basic property research for ownership and boundary information.
  • Communicate with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way.
  • Perform general administrative work, including preparing legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Attend meetings, enter and retrieve computer data, copy and file documents for file management, and provide verbal and written communications with customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of Right of Way acquisitions experience, including renewable acquisitions.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Dropbox or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
