Digital Content Specialist

Erie Home is seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our digital presence through effective content creation, optimization, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement SEO Strategies: Create and execute SEO plans to improve website visibility and ranking.
  • Manage Content Deployment: Oversee the deployment of content to ensure seamless updates and a cohesive online experience.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work closely with marketing, IT, and design teams to align content with overall marketing strategies.
  • Provide Training and Support: Train and support team members on CMS-related tasks.
  • Monitor and Maintain Website Performance: Regularly monitor and maintain website performance, security, and overall health.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Related Field
  • 2-4 Years of Experience in Digital Content Management, SEO, and Digital Marketing
  • Proficiency in CMS Platforms, Particularly WordPress
  • Strong Understanding of CRM Systems and Digital Marketing Platforms
  • Experience with SEO Tools and Best Practices
  • Experience with Landing Page Platforms and Low Code/No-Code Form Tools
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Ability to Interpret Web Metrics and Analytics
