Position Overview

ReSource Pro is in search of a Product Marketing Manager to serve as an Industry Marketing Subject Matter Expert, specifically within the Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

The Industry Marketing Expert will spearhead, supervise, and facilitate the execution of the strategic go-to-market plan for the Insurance industry. This role will collaborate closely with the Industry Director, as well as Marketing and Sales teams, to grasp customer needs, market dynamics, and revenue objectives. Subsequently, the expert will develop, implement, and ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies and content that align with these goals.

In the first six months, you will:
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, both in-person and digital, to meet business objectives.
  • Craft and refine creative assets, leading to impactful campaigns each quarter that fulfill set targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to design and launch marketing initiatives.
  • Conceptualize and coordinate content creation with support from corporate and design teams.
  • Produce engaging content in both written and visual formats for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email communications.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including GM, Sales, and technology leaders, to support the Carrier market strategy, collaborating with Demand Generation and Corporate teams.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of complex problem-solving and project management, presenting insights effectively to diverse audiences.
Qualifications for Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience within the US insurance sector.
  • 3+ years of writing experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in executing B2B campaigns.
  • A strong interest in digital marketing and communication strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

ReSource Pro offers competitive salary ranges based on industry standards and individual qualifications. The total compensation package includes eligibility for annual bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and additional opportunities. This position is remote, with a salary range typically between $62,605 and $118,254, varying by geographic location.
