Field Operations Specialist

As a Field Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of digital media equipment across the country. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on digital media equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of equipment and optimal system performance
• Develop and implement efficient installation processes to meet deadlines and budget requirements
Requirements
• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience working with electronics related to the Pro-Av market
• Strong knowledge of computer and networking concepts and architecture
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 70-80% of the time
Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including salary range: $60,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
