Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our medical-surgical unit.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Maryland.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

The Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital is a 40-bed unit that provides specialized care to patients with medical and psych diagnoses. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized care to each patient, and we are seeking an LPN who shares our commitment to excellence.
