Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Levindale Hospital. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical-surgical unit.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the Registered Nurse or Director of Nursing
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience in a medical-surgical or post-acute care setting

The Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital is a 40-bed unit that provides specialized care to patients with medical and psych diagnoses. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized care to each patient, and we are seeking a LPN who shares our commitment to excellence.
