Long-Term Care Nurse Opportunity

Unit Overview



Our long-term care unit, Hall 1, is a 40-45 bed facility that provides residents with daily activities and a range of services and support. As a member of our team, you will be part of a compassionate and dedicated group of healthcare professionals who are committed to helping others in need.

Job Summary



We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Hall 1. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your nursing skills and knowledge to develop and implement individualized care plans for our residents. You will be responsible for attending to the daily operations of the unit and assuming leadership roles as needed.

Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need to have a formal working knowledge of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills. You will also need to have a license for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification. Basic computer skills and experience with Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine are also required.
