Job Summary

ProTrain is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Training Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including schools and student leads
  • Assess the needs of potential students and clients, and provide personalized solutions to meet their career goals
  • Manage the prospect database, including follow-up calls, prospect status, and account ownership
  • Assist students in arranging payment options, registration of classes, and explain applicable lab and testing procedures and policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure ongoing student/client satisfaction
  • Meet minimum monthly/quarterly sales goals, as set forth by immediate supervisor
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Highly customer service-focused attitude
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience preferred
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
