Job Overview:

ProTrain is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Training Sales Representative to join our team. As a TSR, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of potential students and clients, and managing the associated sales information. This is an entry-level sales position for a national training organization that works directly with individuals seeking to gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities to excel in today's high-demand job market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Learn about all program offerings, modalities, and financing options available to students
* Provide assessment and consultation to potential students to provide an affordable training solution to meet their career goals
* Manage the prospect database through proper procedures regarding follow-up calls, prospect status, and account ownership
* Assist students in arranging payment options, registration of classes, and explaining applicable lab and testing procedures and policies

Requirements:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent listening skills
* Highly customer-service-focused attitude
* Strong computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
* Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) experience preferred
