Salesforce Integration Lead

This is a challenging role that requires a unique blend of Salesforce and MuleSoft expertise. As a Salesforce Integration Lead at Saxon Global, you will be responsible for building integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, including SAP, DocuSign, and others. Your primary focus will be on designing and transforming existing applications landscapes to meet the needs of our clients.

  • Design and build integrations from Salesforce to other business systems, incorporating the design & transformation of existing applications landscapes at Saxon Global.
  • Ensure stable, robust, scalable Salesforce integration platform with consideration of cost-efficiency and cost transparency. Plan, control, and monitor IT operations & escalation management to ensure compliant IT operations.
  • Help establish and manage the IT Integration team for the specific Business area(s).
  • Manage timely issue solving, good collaboration, and negotiate SLAs & contracts with internal and external partners.
  • Ensure adherence to IT security concepts based on ITM standards.
Required Knowledge:

  • Mulesoft, Informatica, Salesforce certification(s) such as integration, developer, architect, etc.
  • 4 years' experience in leading Salesforce integration teams, design/arch/scrum teams.
  • 6 years' experience in Salesforce integration delivery, including hands-on config, coding.
  • Experience in large Salesforce implementation projects, network, infra, security, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in Mulesoft, Informatica, Conga, Salesforce; Sales/Service/Marketing.

  • Analytical Skills - Ability to Integrate information from a variety of sources with varied levels of complexity.
  • IT Skills - Application development, Database, e-Technologies/Web, Middleware, Networking, Programming, Server Administration, Testing.
  • Project Management Skills - Team Member.
Additional Skills:

  • Deep Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing) Integration tools, ESB, Microservices, ETL, data knowledge.
  • Knowledge of integration processes in Financial Services related to Operations.
  • Experience with related DevOps, team management.
  • Experience with IT Management, Agile in intercultural organizations.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
