Position Overview

The Senior Recruiter will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for diverse positions. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to establish realistic recruitment objectives and strategies. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with designated hiring managers to clarify recruitment requirements and strategize the hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates and analyses regarding the status of open job requisitions.
  • Oversee all elements of pre-employment procedures, including reference checks, drug screenings, and background investigations.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the application and offer acceptance stages.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including cold calling, job boards, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Utilize skill assessment tools and tests to evaluate candidates when applicable.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative spirit by working effectively within a team environment.
  • Possess prior experience as a third-party recruiter or as an in-house corporate recruiter.
  • Exhibit familiarity with and experience in managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Showcase effective interviewing skills and knowledge of various interviewing methodologies.
  • Leverage social media and networking strategies for recruitment purposes.
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
  • Exhibit strong listening skills, enabling the differentiation between critical and extraneous information to facilitate timely decision-making.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or human resources field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in an in-house corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Paylocity and Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality in all matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
