Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Availability for full-time work, including flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Information:
CPR and AED certification is required within 60 days of employment. Team members may also accrue vacation hours and receive a complimentary membership.
Compensation and Benefits:
All employees enjoy a free club membership, access to an Employee Assistance Program, and basic life insurance. Those working an average of 30 hours or more per week are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as paid time off.
Pay Range:
$16.00 per hour
