Beauty Specialist

As a Beauty Specialist, you will be responsible for maximizing sales in the Lancme brand by engaging guests to determine their individual needs, assisting guests in the selection and purchase of merchandise, and maintaining overall store standards.

• Meet or exceed Lancme brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to meeting or exceeding the stores goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and retail shrink.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging every guest, personalizing service to their needs, offering samples, and recommending complementary products and/or services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Stay current on available prestige training to drive category performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and active contact with a growing customer list for Lancme brand sales.

• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A competitive hourly rate of $30.00.
