Who You Are:
- 7+ years of auditing experience in both public and private sectors
- Background from a Big4 or Top10 advisory firm
- A quick learner with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- A positive mindset, professional maturity, and a strong work ethic
- CPA or CIA certification is mandatory
- Manage operational audit functions, including departmental initiatives, risk evaluations, audit committee presentations, and audit board oversight
- Contribute to the formulation of innovative concepts and ongoing process enhancements
- Draft audit planning documents and process & control diagrams
- Identify and evaluate risks and control measures
- Design audit methodologies to assess control efficiency
- Establish relationships with business management leaders
- Communicate audit findings at a high level
