Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Audit Manager to join our team in the Finance industry. As a key member of our audit team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our financial operations and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage comprehensive financial audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards.
- Develop and implement effective audit procedures and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate audits and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Review financial statements and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to the audit team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Identify areas of financial risk and propose effective risk management strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in financial auditing and accounting standards, ensuring that our practices are current and compliant.
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, auditing, or accounting, preferably in a managerial role.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
- Proven experience in conducting comprehensive financial audits.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
