Job Summary:

The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our members, creating a supportive and connected community, and prioritizing the acquisition and retention of new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized training sessions to members, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment in and around the Personal Training Cage.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire and retain clients, including scheduling and delivering complimentary PT sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Personal Training Lead to plan and execute tactics to ensure success in client acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize VASA's programs, tools, and resources to deliver meaningful personal trainer check-ins, coaching, and encouragement to clients.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
