Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team in New York, NY.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with key vendors and stakeholders to support technical data setup, reporting, and analysis of multiplatform content and advertising data.
  • Determining data requirements from source to output to enable reporting for analytics.
  • Working with external resources to ingest and automate data into various tools and data warehouses for analytics and reporting purposes.
  • Transforming large datasets using SQL to create high-quality sources for reporting and analysis.
  • Leading projects end-to-end, including scoping and planning into well-defined milestones.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital data-focused roles, e.g., data analytics or data engineering.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Domo.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to convey complex data results in a simple and concise way.
  • Strong organization, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to accurately handle multiple simultaneous activities on tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A deep understanding of analytics and use of tools such as Adobe Analytics and comScore.
  • Experience with local news editorial and operations teams is a plus.
Eligibility Requirements

The successful candidate must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
