Job Summary

The Data/Information Management Senior Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals in managing data and information across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of data management principles, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to develop and implement data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data management practices across the organization
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security
  • Provide strategic guidance on data analytics and business intelligence initiatives
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, business acumen, and leadership skills
  • Experience with data analytics tools and technologies, such as SAS, Big Data, and Tableau
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred
