About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our pharmacy operations. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Onboard all clinical staff working in the pharmacy, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Provide consultation and direction to ensure quality assurance programs and services are implemented at the highest standards.
- Provide mentoring to new company employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Maintain all aspects of the pharmacy operation department, including training documentation, reporting, and inventory management.
- Ensure policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician required
- Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred
- High school education required
- Associate Degree preferred
- Minimum of one year pharmacy technician experience mixing medications in a sterile environment is required, three years is preferred
- One year as a Clinic-Pharmacy Technician within the company, preferred
