The Opportunity

This is a full-time onsite role in our Delray Beach Warehouse, where you'll be responsible for:

  • Printing, dispensing, packaging, and dispatching orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Solving delivery issues and reporting any problems to the pharmacist
  • Prefilling medication and maintaining sufficient stock levels
  • Dispensing orders for Lightning Rx and assisting the Dermatica team with filling and packing orders
  • Receiving deliveries, unloading stock, and organizing the warehouse
  • Supporting pharmacists with designated tasks, including projects to optimize the pharmacy and enhance compliance
  • Assisting with inventory counts, pulling expired medication, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Compounding batches, bottling, and labeling medication
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mentality
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency with multiple apps, Google Sheets, and iPad
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
