Administrative Support Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in McAllen, TX. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth operation of our office.
**Salary:** $12-$14 per hour (depending on experience)
**Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service over the phone, addressing customer inquiries and providing updates.
- Enter information accurately into the system.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Assist service customers during the morning and evening service rush whenever possible.
- Keep track of hours worked by employees and submit them to the agency.
- Perform data entry, printing, faxing, filing, and other general office duties.
**Requirements:**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and using office software.
- Previous experience in order entry and office administration is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
