School-based Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to work in a school-based setting, providing mental health services to students in elementary, middle, and high school ages.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide mental health services to students in a school-based setting
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to support student mental health
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and MTSS-B system
- LMHC, LICSW, LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent licensure
- Bilingual preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $90,000 per year
