Seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician for a School-based Program

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the MTSS-B system, as well as a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral health services to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as provide crisis intervention and support
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the MTSS-B system
  • LMHC, LICSW, LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent licensure
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
