Key Responsibilities
  • Community Management: Proven experience in managing social media communities, with a focus on engagement strategies.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize social media engagement strategies.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently with a quick turnaround, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Social Media Passion: Passion for social media and its role in business.
  • Community Building: Minimum 1 year of experience in community management or a related field, with a track record of successfully building and engaging online communities.
  • Social Media Proficiency: High proficiency in all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Social Media Tools: Proficiency in social media monitoring and management tools, with a keen understanding of social media trends and best practices.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions with a sense of urgency.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Brand Community Building: Ability to build and maintain a brand's online community by initiating meaningful interactions and fostering brand love.
  • Experience monitoring all social media platforms to stay abreast of social trends.
  • Trending Moments: Ability to promptly and proactively insert the brand in trending moments through engagement.
  • Attention to Detail: Pays attention to detail in all aspects of community management, ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging and interactions.
  • Prioritization and Escalation: Skilled in tasks prioritization and understanding when to escalate issues and when to address them independently to maintain community satisfaction.
Systems, Tools, and Technologies
  • Social Media Platforms: Proficient in navigating all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Microsoft Office: Skilled with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree preferred.
