Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and improve production levels, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working order
  • Conduct regular inspections of wells and facilities to identify potential issues and take corrective action
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve production targets
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in oil and gas production
  • Strong mechanical skills and ability to work with a variety of equipment and tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and environments, including remote locations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field, such as production technology or process technology
  • Experience with oil and gas production practices, equipment, and terminology
  • Ability to use computers and input data in a timely manner
