Your Role:
The Customer Success team at SambaSafety is dedicated to managing client relationships, focusing on retention and delivering outstanding service to our most significant customers.
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring ongoing product adoption and supporting customers throughout their journey, helping them derive maximum value from our offerings. We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to act as a primary contact for resolving issues for our Success accounts, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
