Job Overview

Diamond Banc is seeking a highly skilled Jewelry Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in enabling more deals to be closed in the market than would be possible without your involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Support:
    • Work closely with Market Directors to capture untapped revenue and increase market share.
    • Support the office by ensuring it remains open 6-7 days a week, extending hours as needed.
    • Eliminate single points of failure within the market, ensuring office operations run smoothly.
    • Execute services both remotely and physically as needed.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Actively communicate with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and maximizing the closing ratio.
    • Represent clients in negotiations, finding workable solutions that benefit both the client and Diamond Banc.
    • Overcome transaction barriers, determining the terms needed to close deals.
    • Maintain continual communication with clients, Market Directors, and the home office to optimize transaction success.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Answer phones and manage appointments using Salesforce and Podium.
    • Deploy digital assets, gather client reviews, and ensure appointment confirmations.
    • Support inventory processing, loan redemptions, and transaction management.
    • Handle logistics related to safety deposits and inventory shipping.
  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Achieve monthly call targets and utilize provided scripts and verbiage tips.
    • Follow up on pending transactions, ensuring timely communication and closing.
    • Train as a buyer and lender to execute deals independently.
    • Focus on smaller deals with more direct touchpoints.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: Generous monthly bonus opportunities equaling 15% to 20% of the base salary when monthly office goals are achieved.
  • Retirement Plan: Simple IRA retirement plan with an annual employer match, eligibility starting in the 13th month of employment.
  • Paid Time Off: 1 vacation day accrued every 30 days (6 per year), plus paid holidays for major U.S. holidays.
  • Sick Days: After 90 days of employment, accrue half a paid sick day each month.
  • Health Insurance: Diamond Banc contributes up to $300 monthly toward health insurance coverage of your choosing.

Industry Experience a Plus, Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred

Previous experience in the jewelry industry is highly valued for this role, as it will provide a strong foundation for understanding our products and client needs. Additionally, being bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant advantage, enabling you to effectively communicate with a broader range of customers and enhance their overall experience.
