The Nike Direct - Retail Operations Director - Southwest Territory is a key member of the Territory leadership team, responsible for driving consistent operational performance across the Southwest Territory. This role will lead continuous improvement efforts to drive sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to test and learn, identify business and consumer/marketplace trends, and plan for new store needs.
  • Drive successful implementation and integration of omni-channel opportunities while capturing best practices and improving operational excellence.
  • Use Operational Key Performance Indicators to establish clear measures of success and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Help the Territory achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability objectives by implementing consistent operational standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of retail operational experience.
  • Multi-unit retail operations experience is strongly preferred.
  • Extensive experience and ability leading the delivery of operational best practices in a brand retailer.
  • Proficient in Retail operations acumen, budgeting, planning, visual merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness and availability to travel, including overnight stays.
