We're seeking a driven Aesthetic Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operations at our OrangeTwist Centers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of employees, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment. This role requires strong leadership and managerial skills, as well as a deep understanding of operations.

Job Description

The Aesthetic Operations Director will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Meet and exceed company revenue goals and KPIs.
  • Direct, implement, and maintain guest experience and service standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain programs/processes to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure front office operations are efficient and profitable.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates.
  • Develop a team and hold them accountable to the achievement of product and service sales and profitability goals.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports and correspondence as needed.
  • Submit schedule and staff hours to the Regional Director for approval.
  • Establish, modify, implement, and monitor systems and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflow.
  • Ensure Center operations are maintained through appropriate planning and implementation of operations processes.
  • Schedule education trainings and workshops with vendors and clinical operations, as needed.
  • Utilize marketing tools to generate new business and host successful events.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • College Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Center Manager, Store Manager, or similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Medspa or similar (Preferred).

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
