Job Summary:

Cabincrewhiring is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Flight Attendant to join our team. As a Corporate Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend pre-flight briefings and ensure that all necessary safety procedures are in place.
  • Inspect and clean the cabin, checking for any problems and ensuring that it is in order.
  • Verify that all emergency equipment, including fire extinguishers and oxygen bottles, are in working order.
  • Brief passengers on safety procedures and ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Perform pre-flight cabin inspections and oversee the boarding and deplaning process.
  • Report any cabin irregularities or discrepancies to the Pilot-in-Command.
  • Conduct periodic trips through the cabin to ensure passenger safety and compliance with federal regulations.
  • Reassure passengers in the event of turbulence or other unexpected situations.
  • Determine special assistance needs for passengers and provide support as required.
  • Perform in-flight and post-flight cabin duties, including preparing passengers and the aircraft for landing.
  • Announce flight delays and descent preparations.
  • Act as a host and representative of the company, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Administer first aid to passengers in distress.
  • Responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of all functions in the aircraft as assigned.
  • Ensure that all passengers are fully briefed on the use and location of aircraft seat belts, flotation devices, and emergency exit doors.
  • Conduct emergency evacuations as determined in the Flight Attendant Manual under the direction of the Pilot-in-Command.
  • In the event of both the Pilot-in-Command and Second-in-Command becoming incapacitated, the Flight Attendant must take command and ensure the safety of the passengers.

Requirements:

  • Meet all applicable FAA regulatory requirements, including maintenance of adequate rest periods before each assigned flight.
  • Be computer proficient.
  • Able to problem-solve by developing and implementing new ideas to improve processes.
  • Able to continuously learn new procedures and adapt to change.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Creatively make constructive suggestions and create novel solutions to problems.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to independently carry out and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate initiative by planning work and carrying out tasks without detailed instructions.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making.
  • Work harmoniously with others to get a job done and respond positively to instructions/procedures.
  • Must have superior interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 years of previous Flight Attendant experience.
  • 10 years of previous Load Master experience.
