Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team at AHU Technologies Inc, focusing on Oracle ERP Financials. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business analysis services to support the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of our financial systems.

About the Role

This senior-level position requires a deep understanding of business processes, system functionality, and technical expertise in Oracle ERP Financials. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business system analysis, solving complex business problems, and developing business architecture solutions.
  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external resources to plan, design, and implement financial systems solutions.
  • Under general supervision, formulate and define system scope and objectives through research.
  • Responsible for knowledge transfer of business requirements to application developers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • 12+ Years of Software Development Lifecycle experience.
  • 12+ years of requirements gathering and documentation experience.
  • 12+ years of Microsoft Excel/Word/Visio/PowerPoint experience.
  • 12+ years of Oracle Financials EBS/Cloud Suite experience.
  • 12+ years of experience working as an Oracle Functional Subject Matter Expert/SME in Cash Management Process Area.
  • 8+ years of experience with month-end and year-end closing and reconciliation in Cash Management Process Area.
  • Demonstrable expertise within the Oracle Cloud ERP suite, specifically within the Oracle Cash Management and Payables Modules.
