Samba Care - Connecticut is currently seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its team. This role involves working at Long Term Care (LTC) facilities throughout the New England Region.

We offer competitive pay rates and flexible schedules, including part-time, full-time, and per diem shifts. A weekend only shift with special weekend rates is also available.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and location.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in LTC facilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective care plans
Requirements:
  • CURRENT LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) LICENSE IN THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT
  • 2 GOVERNMENT-ISSUED IDs (DRIVER'S LICENSE, STATE ID, SOCIAL SECURITY OR ANY IDS THAT SHOW PROOF OF WORK ELIGIBILITY)
  • PUBLIC HEALTH CERTIFICATION (PPD)
  • CPR / BLS CERTIFICATION
