Job Summary

Job Description & Requirements
  • Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • Discipline: Allied Health Professional
  • Duration: 12 weeks
  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift: 8 hours, days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients in acute care settings
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and procedures to assess patient respiratory function
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient respiratory health

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program
  • At least 2 years of acute care RT experience, with 1 year in NICU/PICU
  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in applicable state (NV)
  • American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS for Health Care Providers
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
