Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Health Advocates Network - Midwest. As a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The Registered Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients in a variety of settings, including acute care and critical care units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results
  • Develop and implement respiratory care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program
  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in applicable state (NV)
  • American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS for Health Care Providers
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Additional certifications may be required
