FUCHS Lubricants is seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our Smart Services team in the US. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the execution of our digital and service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage multiple customer accounts in your respective territory, ensuring our service performance meets customer expectations.
- Compliance and Performance: Ensure all service provision KPIs and divisional Smart Goals are met, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Day-to-day management of service supervisors and technicians, including hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers, leveraging our Smart Service and Product solutions.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise related to our onsite services, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
- Intense customer focus and service orientation.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial process operations, including lubricants and lubrication.
- Ability to travel approximately 50%.
- Previous supervisory experience.
