Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LMH Health. As a member of our patient care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients under the supervision of a registered nurse and the direction of a physician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and Document Patient Data: Participate in the collection of patient data, including medical history, symptoms, and test results.
  • Develop and Implement Patient Care Plans: Collaborate with the care team to develop patient care plans and implement strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Administer Medications and Treatments: Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician, and document patient responses.
  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
  • Evaluate Patient Progress: Evaluate patient progress towards identified outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Practical nursing degree from an accredited program and current Kansas Practical Nurse license.
  • Certifications: Current Basic Life Support Certification.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
