Job Overview

A dynamic and experienced Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is needed to provide exceptional support to our team in North Bethesda, MD. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management abilities.

The ideal candidate will possess professional telephone etiquette, be punctual, and willing to assist in other areas or departments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Manage high call volumes on our 16-line phone system, ensuring timely and efficient responses.
  • Distribute faxes, scan documents, and prepare materials for monthly meetings.
  • Oversee office supply ordering and distribution, maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and conference room areas.
  • Assist with various small projects as assigned by management.

Salary Range

We offer an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience. This figure takes into account the location, industry standards, and the demands of the role.
