Job Overview:

Trimble Construction One ERP construction management solutions improve job cost accounting and provide accurate reporting in real-time, saving resources, time, and frustration among construction accounting professionals. As a Product Manager ERP AI, Accounting & Finance, you will lead a team responsible for enhancing construction accounting workflows. This involves developing new products, increasing the profitability of existing products, and building products from existing ideas. You will utilize your unique blend of business and accounting skills to create a big-picture vision and drive its implementation. You will spend time in the market understanding customer problems and finding innovative solutions for the broader market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and build the strategic roadmap for integrating AI-driven insights and AI ERP business processes with best practices for construction ERP.
  • Own the end-to-end vision for finance and accounting modules of Viewpoint ERP, including project/sprint management, communications, requirement gathering, support orchestration, executive status updates, and business partner relationship management.
  • Collaborate with other product managers, engineering staff, and stakeholders to develop and maintain the roadmap for products and features.
  • Manage the entire product line life cycle from ideation and strategic planning to tactical initiatives.
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and visiting customers and prospects.
  • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
  • Analyze potential partner relationships for the product.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant fields.
  • CPA preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS product management or equivalent role.
  • Deep understanding of financial workflows and accounting methodologies.
  • Experience in accounting operations like General Ledger reconciliation, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable.
  • Understanding of invoicing, customer aging, electronic payments.
  • Ability to lead and direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence.
  • Experience in data analytics and visualization.
  • Experience managing project backlogs and prioritization.
