Job Overview

Health Advocates is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Personal Injury and Third Party) to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure timely follow-up and collection of Personal Injury and Third Party Liability claims. Key duties include:

  • Assessing accounts to evaluate the validity of collection efforts.
  • Generating and distributing claims and correspondence.
  • Assisting in settlement discussions.
  • Performing various related tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
  • Experience in collections within Healthcare, Legal, Call Centers, or Collection agencies is preferred.
  • Proficient office skills and basic computer literacy are essential.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute is required.

Job Title: Case Manager I

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on relevant experience)

Employment Type: Full-time; Non-exempt

Work Schedule: Alternative Work Week Schedule - Monday to Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm & Friday 7:30 am - 12:30 pm

Additional Information: Assessment testing and background checks will be conducted post-offer.
