Job Overview

RHP Properties, the nation's largest private owner and operator of manufactured home communities, is seeking a highly skilled Manufactured Home Community Operations Assistant to join our team in Loveland, CO.

This temporary opportunity offers a competitive hourly pay range of $18.00-$20.00 per hour, with compensation based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative duties under the supervision of a Community Manager for 30 hours per week, assisting with data entry, customer service, and community relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers with a professional demeanor and answer office telephone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain community relationships through regular communication and documentation of interactions.
  • Use Microsoft Office to produce and present documents, including reports and presentations.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of community records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory, order, and verify receipt of office supplies, as well as coordinate maintenance of office equipment to ensure continuous customer sales and service.
  • Document telephone conversations, visits, and presentations to maintain existing customers and build a book of business for potential residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the Community Manager in new and used home sales, presenting homes to potential residents as needed.
  • Ensure residents' privacy and property preservation, adhering to Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year general office experience required; 1 year sales experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on detail-oriented and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Valid operator's license, with a good driving record and insurability under the Company's policy at all times.
