Job Description

As a Restaurant Shift Lead at Jimmy John's, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a fast-paced and efficient work environment. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile and a full stomach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Manage and motivate a team of sandwich makers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
