Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Jimmy John's Sandwich Atlas Group AZ3 2500AM1. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and other operational metrics to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
