Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Jimmy John's Catering program in an assigned geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture client relationships to build the brand and program
  • Network and develop sales leads through a sampling program
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive store image
  • Adhere to Team Member Handbook policies and procedures
  • Prep and make sandwiches for daily sampling and events when needed
  • Maintain store cleanliness and food safety
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Marketing Manager to plan and execute local store marketing campaigns
  • Lead generation and cold calling

Requirements:

  • Must have own vehicle, driver's license, and auto insurance
  • Must have state-required Food Handlers Card for CA and AZ only
  • Preferred marketing and/or sales experience
  • Must have a flexible schedule
  • Must be 18+
  • Must be coachable
  • Must have experience in dealing with customers
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment
  • Must be able to avoid distraction and apply safety best practices while using slicer, knives, and oven

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and walk
  • Must be able to carry sandwiches when delivering to offices and/or events
