Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and preferences to offer personalized solutions.
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, promoting additional financial products and services as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex client issues, leveraging knowledge and expertise to deliver effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, market trends, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance client experiences and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in finance, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
What We Offer

Fidelity Investments offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
