At Nursefinders, we are seeking a skilled Cardiac Monitor Specialist to join our team. As a Monitor Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' heart rates and reporting any significant changes to the nursing staff. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment that tracks multiple patients simultaneously, ensuring accurate and efficient monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' heart rates and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Operate and maintain equipment, including charging and installing batteries.
- Work in a hospital setting, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
Education/Requirements:
- A high school education is required, with some states also requiring a certificate program completion.
- Completion of an EKG course is preferred.
