  • Utilize industry best practices and tools to analyze and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to ensure seamless integration of process improvements across the organization
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and standards
  • Conduct process assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements
  • Apply process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile, to drive business process transformation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Business Process Engineering activities, with a focus on process optimization and improvement
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with process improvement methodologies, such as CMM, CMMI, ISO 9000, and Six Sigma

Clearance Requirement:

  • TS/SCI with Poly

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Security, or related field from an accredited college or university. Equivalent experience with four (4) additional years in Business Process Engineering will be considered
