Job Title: Business Process Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain capability delivery roadmaps that define the functionality details and sequence from Initial Operating Capability (IOC) to Final Operating Capability (FOC)
  • Define and document configuration requirements, business rules, and functional and system requirements
  • Apply industry best practices to plan, organize, and guide complex programs using COTS tools
  • Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and knowledge transfer to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts
  • Develop and maintain data modeling requirements that include all system data generated internal to the system and externally from legacy Source Systems of Record (SSOR)
  • Make recommendations for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across multiple organizations throughout the Government enterprise
  • Apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience conducting Business Process Engineering activities
  • 5 years of experience utilizing Process Improvement methodologies (e.g. Capability Maturity Model (CMM)/Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), ISO 9000, Six Sigma, agile) for COTS integration programs

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Poly

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Security, or business discipline or equivalent from an accredited college or university

Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years of experience conducting Business Process Engineering activities
