About the Role:

Lynx EMS is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations at our location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with Operations Supervisors daily to assess and review day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and related issues
  • Serve as a liaison between Operations Supervisors, hospitals, and nursing facilities and the Regional Manager of Operations
  • Identify and implement improvements to administrative and operational functions
  • Review and recommend changes to existing policies and procedures
  • Participate in the full range of human resources responsibilities
  • Investigate incidents and communicate with Operations Supervisors and Regional Manager of Operations
  • Submit reports on incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries and exposures
  • Participate in interviewing and selection process as needed
  • Ensure compliance with city, state, federal, and Lynx EMS regulations
  • Determine compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Identify and correct deficiencies with staffing and dispatch
Qualifications and Experience:
