Position Overview: In the role of Facility Operations Supervisor at Smash Padel, you will manage the comprehensive operations of the facility, ensuring seamless daily functions and exceptional experiences for members. Your duties will encompass optimizing usage, coordinating events, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise the daily functions of the facility, maintaining high service standards and ensuring the upkeep of the venue.
  • Usage Optimization: Oversee court reservations and usage metrics to maximize efficiency and revenue generation.
  • Event Coordination: Organize, promote, and implement events and competitions to encourage community involvement and member enjoyment.
  • Team Management: Guide and support front desk personnel and other staff members, fostering a constructive and efficient work atmosphere.
  • Client Relations: Address member inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a superior level of client satisfaction.
